The Cash Flow Monitor setup will display the last 30 days or account credits or account debits to the chosen bank account. If the expected amount does not appear, we recommend the following steps.
1) Confirm correct account has been added and selected
Trinety allows multiple accounts to be added and synchronized for each property to manage situations where the rent payment account and loan payment come from different accounts. Check to confirm the correct bank account has been added and selected for the chosen payment type (rent or loan payment).
2) Verify transaction in bank account.
Login to selected bank online and verify expected transaction exists in intended account.
3) Contact Trinety support
Following each of the above steps, if the correct transaction still does not appear contact Trinety support to assist.
